I think there should be a proper education on legal issues incorporated in the residency training program since it is so important during clinical practice. Presentation in the Legal category are helpful. It would be very insightful if physicians could share some of their malpractice issues or lessons learned during practice. For Example: One cardiologist was asked to evaluate his neighbor who apparently was having a heart attack and he decided to take him to ER in his car. Patient died on his way to the hospital and he was sued for not calling EMS who could have probably resuscitated him in the ambulance.
