Especially in the east, where herbs and medicinal plants are so much in abundance that most of them are grown in the backyards, countless home remedies are prevalent. So, lets share some of the effective home remedies that can help our teeth get a thumbs up from the dentist.

try mixing mustard oil with a pinch of salt and use it as a paste to brush your teeth. u will see immediate results. healthy, shining teeth with odourless breath.

use sodium bicarbonate as a tooth powder instead of toothpaste. or u can use both(paste in the morning and sodium bicarbonate in the eve). Sodium bicarbonate replenishes the lost mineral content of the teeth, which helps them to regain their whiteness.

tomatoes, strawberries and amla are excellent sources of Vitamin C. rub them directly on the teeth. they will remove the plaque on the teeth to give u super white teeth.

i believe one need not do anything other that maintaining dental hygiene. brush teeth twice a day and rinse ur mouth after meals. that will be all

i have heard ppl say that lemon juice is perfect to get white teeth. Here is an advice: DONT TRY IT. because lemon juice being an acid, washes away the teeth enamel and perhaps this is the reason u get temporary whitening. But you may end up developing sensitie teeth and a number of cavities as well. so dont use lemon juice for ur teeth.
