The HPLC enantioseparation of the last generation antidepressive drug milnacipran was investigated
more
The HPLC enantioseparation of the last generation antidepressive drug milnacipran was investigated on different cellulose-based chiral stationary phase. Direct determination of milnacipran with satisfactory selectivity and resolution was obtained on Chiralcel OJ in normal phase mode elution. On carbamate-type columns Chiralcel OD and Chiralpak IB, milnacipran was separated as FMOC-derivative, which allows enhanced UV or fluorimetric detection.
