PowerPoint Slide Presentation on Summarizes previously published results achieved in bacteriological diagnostics of blood cultures, suppurative and apyogenous exudates and bronchoalveolar lavages (BAL) using solid phase microextraction (SPME)gas chromatography (GC)mass spectrometry (MS). Up to 20 % clinical cases appeared to be false negative by cultivation with respect to anaerobes.
