: SYSTEM Sequence . A CELL (unit) MANY CELLS make TISSUE MANY TISSUE make ORGAN Many organs make BODY
: SINGLE HUMAN CELL
: HUMAN CELL A CELL is the smallest unit of living organism capable of independent function.     A TISSUE consist of a group of a identical cells performing similar function.   One or more tissue may get organized to form an ORGAN.
: ORGAN A organ may be defined as a structure which carries out a specific function . e.g. Heart for pumping , Kidney for filtering blood, lungs for breathing etc .   When several organs are systematically organized in the body they form an organ system.     LECITHIN is essential constituent of each cell and, therefore, it has function in virtually all body systems
: HYDROLYSIS OF LECITHIN LECITHIN HYDROLYSIS- in –STOMACH CHOLINE ACETYLCHOLINE
: LECITHIN WITHOUT ‘LECITHIN’ NOTHING WOULD SURVIVE, BECAUSE YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEPARATE VARIOUS COMPARTMENTS WITHIN CELLS, NOR WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO SEPARATE CELLS FROM EACH OTHER.
: LECITHIN LECITHIN IS PRECURSOR of ACETYLCHOLINE ACETYLCHOLINE IS THE FIRST DISCOVERED NEUROTRANSMITTER. Ach is short form of ACETYLCHOLINE. Ach is responsible for memory, motor activities, etc.
: Lecithin is a fat like substance known as phospholipid.   Lecithin is a complex, naturally occurring mixture of phospholipids. Phospholipids are a part of almost all biological membranes.    Cell membranes, which allow nutrients to leave or enter a cell are largely composed of Lecithin.   Lecithin is an excellent source of B-Vitamins, choline and inosital.   LECITHIN
: The Food and Nutrition Board U.S.A.-that sets Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) for Vitamins and Minerals, has officially recognized choline as an “ESSENTIAL-NUTRIENT”.   LECITHIN
: ACETYLCHOLINE
: BRAIN
: BRAIN
: FOOD
: VEGETARIAN FOOD
: NON-VEGETARIAN FOOD
: NON-VEGETARIAN FOOD
: ORGANIC FOOD
: ANY MATERIAL THAT PROVIDES THE NUTRITIVE REQUIREMENT TO MAINTAIN GROWTH AND PHYSICAL WELL BEING INORGANIC FOOD COPPER ZINC SODIUM POTASSIUM CALCIUM IRON MAGNESIUM ORGANIC FOOD CARBOHYDRATES PROTEIN FAT VITAMINS FOOD
: NUTRITION N PROTEIN FAT CARBOHYDRATE VITAMINS MINERALS WATER ANIMAL VEGETABLE SATURATED UNSATURATED SUGAR GLYCOGEN STARCH DEXTRIN CELLULOSE FAT SOL WATER SOL CALCIUM IRON ZINC PHOSPHORUS MAGNESIUM SELENIUM FOR ALL ACTION
: PROTEIN ORGANIC SUBSTANCE THAT PROVIDES AMINO ACIDS, ESSENTIAL FOR GROWTH AND REPAIR OF TISSUES(chain of peptides) ANIMAL PROTEIN VEGETABLE PROTEIN Biological complete protein contains all essential amino acids. e.g.- MILK,CHEESE.EGGS AND MEAT Biological incomplete protein does not contain essential amino acids. e.g.- VEGETABLE AND GRAINS(CEREALS)
: FAT FAT THE OILY SUBSTANCE WHICH STORES ENERGY AND PROTECTS BODY SOURCE COOKING OIL ,EDIBLE OIL, ANIMAL FAT, BUTTER ,GHEE FUNCTIONS 1.Source of ENERGY 2.Protein sparer(in conjunction with carbohydrates) 3.Insulation 4.Cushion for organ like eyes, kidney etc 5.Provides fatty acids required for growth
: VITAMINS VITAMINS ARE VITAL AMINES ESSENTIAL SUBSTANCE OTHER THAN PRTOTEIN,CARBOHYDRATE,FAT AND ORGANIC SALT NOT SYNTHESIZED IN THE BODY, WITH EXCEPTION OF ONE THAT IS VITAMIN D CLASSIFICATION FAT SOLUBLE A,E,D,K WATER SOLUBLE VITAMIN B-COMPLEX VITAMIN -C CLASSIFICATION
: CARBOHYDRATES A carbohydrate is an organic compound with the general formula Cm(H2O)n, that is,it consists only of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen(they are hydrates of CARBON so the name.)
: CARBOHYDRATES Carbohydrates are BASIC SOURCE OF ENERGY STORED IN ALL TISSUES AS GLYCOGEN AN IMPORTANT SOURCE OF RESERVED ENERGY DIGESTIBLE FORM Important source of energy provide 4.1cal/gm INDIGESTIBLE FORM Some form of cellulose beneficial in adding bulk to the diet
: MINERALS Inorganic element or compound occurring in nature(not of animal or plants) for example : Calcium,Iron,Zinc,Phosphorous,Copper,Iodine, Magnesium, Selenium Functions:1.Essential constituent of all cells. 2.Forms bones, teeth, nails the hard parts. 3.Necessary for acid base balance. 4.Regulates excitability of muscle and nerve tissue. Requirement: Mostly in growing children, pregnant women, some pathological condition.

: LECITHIN A FATTY SUBSTANCE OF THE GROUP CALLED PHOSPHOLIPIDS (PHOSPHOGLYCERIDES) FOUND IN EGG YOLK , SOYABEAN,OTHER ANIMAL TISSUE AND YIELDING STEARIC ACID,GLYCEROL,PHOSPHORIC ACID AND CHOLINE ON HYDROLYSIS.
: PREGMOM LECITHIN HYDROLYSIS CHOLINE ACETYLCHOLINE
: LECITHIN 1.LECITHIN is complete naturally occurring mixture of PHOSPHOLIPIDS part of all biological membrane. 2.Cell membranes which allows nutrients to leave or enter a cell are largely composed of LECITHIN 3.LECITHIN has role in all body systems. 4.LECITHIN is excellent source of vitamin B-complex, Choline, Inositol. 5.LECITHIN is 100% safe, most individual can tolerate 40gm/per day, without side effect.
: PREGMOM A tailor made product for development of HEALTHY BODY,HEALTHY BRAIN. 1.Facilitates healthy growth of fetus. 2.Develops brain in growing infants. 3.Improves memory, learning, speech, auditory Functions. 4.Coordinates motor activity. 5.Controls balance. 6.Influences behaviour of offspring throughout the Life.
