National Oral Health Care Program for School Children 4-Call each student from Grade one to make check up for the first permanent molar, and the same procedure for the students from the grade five to make check up for the second permanent molars and record data in Fissure sealant Screening Form . 5-Arrange appointments with the dentist for all school.

National Oral Health Care Program for School Children 6-Direct the patient to Dentist in dental clinic for detailed examination. 7-In dental clinic, take medical history from the student school health file and dental history clinically. 8-Record all the details in the patient file.

National Oral Health Care Program for School Children 11-Register all Data in Annual Report of F.S Program for primary School Children. 12-Distribute tooth Brushes and tooth paste to the students. 13-Given Oral Health Lecture to the students in the School with cooperation of education centre.

Factors Affecting the Fissure Sealants retention Failure is generally attributed to the conditions under which the sealants were placed. The skill of the operator and the cooperation of the patient. . Specific factors related to bonding at the enamel- sealant interface are also believed to influence the long-term performance of sealant , these include : 1-The type of micro morphological change in the enamel following acid conditioning. 2-Contamination of the etched surface with reaction ( inadequate isolation ).
