Slide 1 : CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS
Slide 2 : As you begin to grow and mature, hygiene takes a priority. Hygiene is more than just being clean. It is defined as the many practices that help people be and stay healthy. Practicing good personal hygiene is smart for two reasons. First, it helps prevent people from catching and spreading illness and disease. Second, it helps people feel good about themselves and their bodies. In modern society, cleanliness is an important issue; poor hygiene is seen as unacceptable and unhealthy.
Slide 3 : Sweat is odorless. It's the bacteria that feed on sweat that cause the odor problem. Only one percent of the body's sweat comes from under the arms. Sweat is 55 to 60 percent water, but also contains salt as well as ammonia, calcium, chloride, copper, lactic acid, phosphorous and potassium. The active ingredient in antiperspirants is an aluminum-based compound. By forming a temporary plug in the sweat duct, this aluminum compound decreases wetness and odor.
Slide 4 : Bathe or shower every day to get rid of dead skin, sweat and dirt. Sweat glands become active, leading to body odor. Use a gentle soap or bath gel. Cosmetics should be used only occasionally and in moderation. You can wash your hair every other day or if you have fine/oily hair you may need to wash it every day. Make your hair look approachable at least, and care for it each day. Don't forget to comb it. Knotty, frizzy, and unkempt hair is shabby and unattractive Putting it back in a ponytail will keep it out of your face. Decide what hairstyle suits you.
